MOFA Attestation
Before submitting them to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs for certification for use inside the UAE, documents issued outside the UAE that will be used for official purposes must first have the proper attestations from all relevant authorities outside.
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the entity providing the document, and then the embassy of the nation for whom it is meant to be used all require proper attestation before it may be used overseas.

For all types of papers, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation offers attestation services. This process is used to verify the authenticity of the stamp and signature on such papers, whether they were printed domestically or abroad.
In addition to the attestation service for business contracts and agreements, this also includes marriage and divorce contracts, powers of attorney, and educational and medical certifications.
